Custom orders at HATXGAME require a processing time of 3–4 weeks. This timeframe includes sourcing specialized materials, hand-embellishing each product with premium rhinestones, and allowing proper curing time to ensure long-lasting quality. Orders are processed in the order they are received, and production times may vary depending on order volume.

Shipping Locations

At this time, HATXGAME ships exclusively within the continental United States. We currently do not offer international shipping. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow and expand our services.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Delays
