BEFORE YOU ORDER:
Please email me ahead of time in order to make sure your ideas are possible before ordering as some colors/options/combinations might not be available. To make it easy, click the "Request a Quote" option at the top of the page and let me know your ideas. Feel free to include additional options and ideas so we can collaborate as best as we can! Once we discuss your ideas and you have email confirmation from me that your ideas are possible, you can place your order. I'll take care of everything from there!
Please note:
1. The difference between the Standard and Premium options is that the Standard option uses glass rhinestones while the Premium option uses crystal rhinestones.
2. Rhinestones will be selected to provide a match as best as possible to the color of the hat, unless otherwise specified. Colors may not be an EXACT match but will be the closest possible option.
3. If you're confused with what the difference is between "caps" and "hats", allow me to explain my definition. "Caps" have more of a curved brim, contour to the head more, and usually have an adjustable fabric strap in the back. "Hats" will be snapbacks and have a flat brim. If you order a hat and would like to curve the brim upon arrival, that is completely fine. It should not impact the rhinestones.
4. All caps/hats will be adjustable or snapback, unless hat size is KNOWN AND SPECIFIED. If you do not choose the snapback option and opt for a sized hat, the hat will not be adjustable and can fit tight or loose. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing.
5. Custom orders will take 4-6 weeks for processing as each order is custom made, however the process could be sooner. Advanced notice to process the order is appreciated. The hats listed in the shop are already made and are ready to be shipped upon ordering.
6. All custom orders are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges on ANY custom orders.

Frequently Asked Questions
For custom orders and hats, please expect a processing time of 3–4 weeks. Each hat is made to order and this process takes time. Orders will potentially be completed sooner, however each order is completed in the order they are received.
Currently we only ship to the continental United States. We do not accept international orders at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
We do! All of our hats are adjustable, unless ordered otherwise, to make sure we can fit as many customers as possible.
